Dr. Diana Jubilee Awuah is the Founder, CEO, and Clinical Director of Jubilee Healthcare Providers, where she establishes the organization’s clinical vision and oversees patient care delivery. As a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she brings over 14 years of experience across primary care, psychiatry, and chronic disease management.
Dr. Awuah earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Georgia State University and is a dedicated advocate for health equity and behavioral health access. Her leadership is driven by a profound belief in the inherent dignity, purpose, and hope within every individual she serves.
