Dr. Diana Jubilee Awuah is a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the Founder, CEO, and Clinical Director of Jubilee Healthcare Providers. She leads the organization’s clinical vision and oversees patient care delivery with a commitment to whole-person, culturally responsive, and evidence-based medicine.
With more than 14 years of clinical experience across primary care, psychiatry, chronic disease management, women’s health, and preventive care, Dr. Awuah integrates medical expertise with a restorative perspective that honors mind, body, identity, lifestyle, and emotional well-being. Her approach emphasizes dignity, collaboration, and therapeutic connection—empowering patients to find clarity, confidence, and sustainable healing.
Dr. Awuah earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Georgia State University and is dedicated to health equity, behavioral health access, and compassionate care for underserved and minority communities. Her leadership reflects a deep belief in purpose, hope, and the inherent dignity in every person she serves.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Florence Armour is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Jubilee Healthcare Providers, where she leads business strategy, operational excellence, patient experience, and organizational growth. A Registered Nurse with more than 14 years of clinical experience, she brings a multidisciplinary background spanning acute care, cardiology, surgery environments, telehealth, and care management.
Florence is committed to transforming healthcare systems through holistic operations, culturally sensitive communication, patient empowerment, and whole-person wellness. As an MBA candidate specializing in Entrepreneurship, she blends clinical understanding with business innovation—building structures that support access, continuity, and compassionate care across in-person and virtual services.
Driven by equity, education, and advocacy, Florence works to create spaces where patients feel seen, supported, and respected. Her leadership reflects a belief that wellness extends beyond symptoms—it includes identity, resilience, lifestyle, community, and purpose.
